Everything on this website is published in good faith by Sitamaa Sahayata Foundation to explain our work and help people in Barwani district. It is general information, not advice for your particular situation.
2. Health information is not medical advice
Our founders are doctors, and some of our pages explain health topics such as anaemia, nutrition, hygiene and care in pregnancy. These pages are for awareness only. They are not a diagnosis, a prescription or a substitute for a doctor who has examined you. Do not stop or change any treatment because of something you read here.
In an emergency
Call 112 for any emergency, 108 for an ambulance, or go to the District Hospital, Barwani. For a child in danger, call 1098.
3. Tax and legal information
Where we describe tax rules, such as section 354 approval or Form 114, we do so to explain our own status. It is not tax or legal advice. Please ask your chartered accountant how a donation affects your own taxes.
4. Accuracy and updates
We check what we publish and correct mistakes as soon as we find them. We cannot promise that every page is complete or up to date at every moment. Programme dates, places and plans can change with weather, roads and local needs. Please call us to confirm before you travel to an event.
5. Stories, photos and figures
- Names in stories about the people we serve are changed to protect them, and we say so where we do.
- Every photo of a person is used with their written consent, or their guardian’s. Where we cannot show the people we work with, we use stock photos and say so.
- Figures about our work are counted from our own attendance registers and are dated. They describe what happened on those dates, not a promise of future results.

Links to government portals, partners, news reports and other sites are for your convenience. A link does not mean we endorse the site, and we are not responsible for its content.
7. Not a government body
Sitamaa Sahayata Foundation is an independent, non-political, non-religious non-profit. We are not part of, or endorsed by, any government, ministry or department. Mention of a government scheme or office on this website is for information only.

To the extent the law allows, the Foundation, its trustees and volunteers are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website. This does not limit your rights under our Terms and Conditions or Refund and Cancellation Policy.
